**FRONT DESK AGENT** Main Purpose:
The Front Desk Agent acts as Guests’ first point of contact and manages all aspects of their reservation. He/she should be proactive in exceeding Guests’ requirements and cooperating with colleagues.
Reports to: Front Office Manager. Main duties & responsibilities: - Carry out all Front Desk operations, according to the company policies, procedures and standards, exceeding Guests’ expectations;
- Responsible for providing to each Guest a warm and efficient hospitality;
- Build and maintain a personalised and professional relationship with Guests and colleagues;
- Support all the other departments’ teams in order to satisfy all Guests requests;
- Be proactive in self-development. We offer: - Temporary (1 year) contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements: - Previous experience in Front Office Department;
- Fluent in English and Italian written and spoken;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher);
- Attention to detail in terms of content and accuracy;
- Possess excellent organizational skills and have an extremely high standard of order;
- Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times.
