We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands. **Job Summary** We are looking for an EHS & Facility Specialist to support activities related to Health, Safety, Environment and Facility management. The role involves active management of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems, training, maintenance coordination, and sustainability projects. **Responsibilities**
- Manage safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor EHS KPIs and support risk assessment activities
- Coordinate EHS compliance for contractors (Art.26 D.Lgs 81/08)
- Management of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health Physician for health surveillance
- Support in facility and equipment maintenance activities
- Waste management
- Analyze energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives
- Lead the Green Team and promote environmental practices **Basic Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in EHS and/or Facility Management
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ASPP and Safety Trainer certifications (preferred) **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** Fully on-site role, with occasional travel for audits or training **Key Competencies**
