Our Client is a leader in in vivo preclinical toxicology and contract research services. It’s a Contract Research Organization (CRO), one of the few Italian companies able to provide support throughout all phases of drug research and development, adapting and customizing services and consulting to meet specific needs. The research teams integrate scientific, technological, and regulatory expertise to offer flexible and personalized services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, as well as with academia and non-profit organizations. For a normal process of substitution, we’re looking for a **FINANCIAL CONTROLLER** acting as an internal Professional Manager (permanent employment) or as Temporary Manager. **Posizione**:
Mandate: - Be responsible for all those specific activities that allow constant monitoring of the economic, income and financial results of business of a whole Legal Entity of the Group (Company and P&L;);
- Be responsible for monitoring the business;
- Be responsible for actively report and activate corrective actions;
- Participate in financial analyzes and related reporting, also at strategic and extraordinary level;




- Provide colleagues and the CEO with all the elements necessary to make decisions. **Responsibilities**: - Participation in business management processes: closing, budget and forecasts;
- Analyzing strategic projects of financing and M&A;
- Support the CEO and the Managers by monitoring collections and focusing and analyzing the margins;
- Interface and support activities for operational and staff lines for performance monitoring processes;
- Control procedures on costs: fixed, variable, utilities. **Requisiti**:
**Education**: - Degree in Business Administration, or in Management Engineering **Experience**: - 3/5 years of experience in the Controlling function, preferably in Pharma/ Biotech or Chemical Companies or FMCG, or in alternative
- Several years of experience and solid preparation in Management Control (for Temporary Management)
- Depth knowledge of Office (Excel in particular)
