We are looking for a _Fixed Income Market Specialist_ to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team_ _in Milan. This is a position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers’ activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.
- Analyze product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations, sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.
- Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.
- Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects. Requirements
- Accuracy & Timeliness: Proven ability to deliver precise, timely, and high-quality work.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret data.
- Interpersonal Skills:



Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset. Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Python skills for automating statistical reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.
