**Position Summary** Responsible for plant management control activities, including budgeting, cost analysis, inventory and suppliers management, order processing, and collaboration with the Cost Accounting and Finance department. **Job Status**

- Reports to Plant Director **Role Responsibilities** **- Collaborates in preparing the plant budget
- Collects and processes monthly accounting data from various cost centers to enable analysis and monitoring of actual costs
- Performs periodic physical and accounting inventory reconciliation, verifying production correspondence and monitoring consumption alignment with stock levels
- Manages suppliers records
- Enters orders into the system and manages the accounting and reconciliation flow of fulfilled orders with invoices received




- Support the Plant Director and the Cost Accounting Department in the control of the performance of production, by monitoring the correct allocation of the data
- Coordinates activities related to management control by the various departments
- Interfaces and actively collaborates with the group's finance and control department **Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics **Experience / Skills / Abilities**
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong oral and written skills in English required
- Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel advanced required ) and accounting software (integrated system)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
