Job Summary:

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with policies, coverage, claims, and account enquiries. This full-time position offers structured training, career development, and a supportive working environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer customer enquiries by telephone, email, and online channels
- Explain insurance policies, coverage, payments, and renewals
- Update customer records and process policy changes
- Assist with claims-related enquiries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computers and standard office systems
- Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail




- Comfortable handling telephone and email enquiries
- Previous customer service or insurance experience is helpful but not essential
