In this role you will get to **Insert one sentence summary of key job role**. **What You'll Be Doing**: - Specific Responsibilities
- Assist, support and provide oversight of the project team during the project life, providing expertise in project management, financial and cost management.
- Follow up on Key corporates Goals, manage change, and provide for continuity of the client relationship.
- Assisting in project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
- Establishes the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
Assist in the preparation of career development plans with all Italy Country Manager direct reports and identifies and coordinates training needs and requests for their staff.
- Submits abstracts to key conferences and encourages presentations from staff.
- Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
- Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
- Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
- Participates in proposal development on project pursuits, client meetings and client presentations.

- Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements
- Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects
- Education and Typical Experience - Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field
- 15+ years of related work experience and a broad general technical and business background Licenses and Certifications **What Desired Skills You'll Bring**: - Professional registration may be required
