REALITY: Resort kitchens operate at high volume. You assist in maintaining production flow. You respond quickly, stay structured and work under guidance from senior kitchen staff.
MYTH: “You won’t learn much.”
REALITY: Working a full season in a hotel kitchen in Greece gives you exposure to international standards, large-scale food production and professional coordination.

Requirements
