Join the **Internal Control & Administration** team at **Bosch Rexroth Oil Control** and gain hands-on experience in the world of internal control and accounting within a leading industrial company. **What you will do**: - Dive into the world of internal control by supporting the execution of **Detective Controls** within the **Cash Flow** area.
- Support the execution of **Monitoring Procedures** required by Corporate.
- Contribute to managing and verifying administrative activities, mainly related to **accounts payable**.
- Work with advanced management systems (**SAP, Apache, Web Reporting**) to analyze and validate data.
- Take part in collecting and organizing internal documentation and company delegations.
- Enter data and results into the global **COMFORT** tool and collaborate with different company functions. **What you will learn**: - How auditing works in an international industrial environment.
- How to monitor complex business processes and ensure internal compliance.
- How to read and manage administrative data using real digital tools.
- How to work in a team, interacting daily with different departments. **Qualifications** Education**: You have to graduate in Economics or similar. **Experience and know-how**: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. **️ Languages**: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian. ** Soft Skills**: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
