The main purpose of this role is to perform all duties related the QT&C; Department. Reporting directly to the QT&C; Director will have the responsibility to support the department’s activities **Key responsibilities**
- Support in managing safety audits and third-party audits
- Assistance in the preparation and execution of on-site audits
- Support in training internal and external personnel
- Preparation of safety documentation in compliance with _Legislative Decree 81/08_ and international standards
- Monitoring and management of safety and training course deadlines
- Preparation, management, and archiving of documentation
- Coordination of training course organization (administrative, logístical, and operational support)
- Online activities through social media and digital channels
- Management of relationships and follow-up with training institutions, including uploading certificates to the internal system
- Support in the management and updating of training materials
- Research and development activities related to workplace safety
- Preparation and submission of Quality Reports to the Project Manager,



ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Operational support for the Safety Manager (RSPP): documentation, PPE management, and coordination with various departments
- Operational support for Quality and Environmental Consultants: document updates, data collection, and audit preparation **Required qualification**
- High School Certificate
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Licence Drive
- Fluent spoken and written English **Required experience, knowledge & skills**: - Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Confidence in using digital channels and social media
- Previous experience in technical service training or sales training is a plus
- Willing to travel
- Ability to interact, communicate effectively
- Adherence to deadlines, detail oriented person
