**Hours**: 20 hours per week

- **Training**:



Training new hires on the Kids&Us; methodology and ensuring senior teachers stay up to date.
- **Monitoring**: Conducting classroom observations (audits) to ensure lessons are dynamic and strictly adhere to the methodology.
- **Planning**: Creating school calendars, assigning groups to teachers, and managing lesson schedules.
- **Quality Control**: Monitoring student progress through testing and periodic reports.
- **Educational Logistics**: Ensuring all necessary materials (audio, books, props) are ready for every session.
- **Open Days**: Supporting the school director during trial days to showcase the benefits of the academic pathway. Proactively promoting the methodology during Open Days and providing swift, clear answers to parents' questions. Developing and coordinating creative labs and events to provide families with a hands-on experience of our Natural English method. **What you need**
- Proficiency in English
- Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
