- You will join the R&D; department, within the Innovation Team, and have the opportunity to: - Support high-impact innovation programs and R&D; projects across multiple technological domains




- Gain practical experience in R&D; reporting, project coordination, and innovation management processes
- Contribute to strategic R&D; initiatives, supporting planning, monitoring, and execution activities
- Collaborate closely with internal R&D; teams and corporate support functions in a highly cross-functional setting
- Take part in structured reporting and data collection, transforming insights into actionable outputsHelp coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing**WHAT YOU WILL LEARN** You will collaborate with your tutor in: - Hands-on exposure to real-world innovation and R&D; decision-making

- Master’s degree in humanistic, economic, scientific and design field
- Fluency in English and Italian
