Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension. **Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role**: - Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre




- Handover of Passports to the specific client governments.
- Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
- Fee collection and cash handling
- Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions
- Facilitate requests for asylum appointments. **Personal Requirements**: - Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- English and Italian - verbal and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A good attention to accuracy and detail
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Flexibility Pay: €24,453.00 per year License/Certification: - work permit in Italy (required) Work Location: In person
