Scopo Della Posizione Garantire le attività operative relative alla contabilizzazione delle fatture passive nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e normativa fiscale in essere. Tipologia di contratto tempo determinato Principali Attività - Supportare nell’assicurare flussi operativi di gestione delle fatture passive ricevute dai fornitori di tutte le commodity nei tempi stabiliti, verificandone la correttezza attraverso i tool aziendali; - Fornire la corretta assistenza agli outsourcer (Service Center); - Supportare nella gestione di eventuali contestazioni a fornitori e la loro risoluzione, anche in collaborazione con i reparti aziendali; - Adottare un atteggiamento intraprendente nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio, proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens. Competenze / Conoscenze Soft e Tecnico Specialistiche - Laurea o diploma in materie economiche/scientifiche

- Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
