As a Mechanical Prototype Technician, you will support the development of our Hypercharger products by building prototypes, mock-ups, and test setups that enable efficient product development, design validation, and rapid iteration of mechanical concepts. Through your hands-on expertise, you will play a key role in transforming engineering ideas into tangible solutions and contributing to fast and effective product development.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Build prototypes, mock-ups, and test setups to support product development and design validation activities
Manufacture, modify, and assemble mechanical parts and components based on engineering requirements and technical documentation
Operate, maintain, and optimize 3D printers and CO2 laser cutting equipment
Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities
Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and multidisciplinary development teams during product development projects
Provide practical feedback on prototype manufacturability, assembly, and functionality
Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and machinery in proper working condition
Organize, manage, and replenish prototype materials and workshop inventory
Support rapid prototyping activities to accelerate development cycles and design iterations
Contribute to continuous improvement of prototyping methods, workshop processes, and development practices
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards within the workshop environment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Technical education or relevant professional experience in prototype manufacturing, mechanical assembly,



or workshop activities
Experience working with workshop equipment and manufacturing processes
Experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication activities
Familiarity with prototyping technologies;
experience with 3D printing and CO2 laser cutting as well as basic CAD knowledge is considered an advantage
Hands-on and practical mindset with a strong focus on implementation and execution
Structured, precise, and quality-oriented way of working
Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting attitude
Team-oriented mindset with good communication and collaboration skills
Flexible, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic development environment
Good knowledge of German or Italian;
English skills are required

Total compensation starting from € 45,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
