Within the Embedded Systems for Aerospace Applications Business Unit, we are looking for a Junior Process Management Engineer to contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of software and hardware certification processes.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul lisupporting the definition and update of development and certification processes; /li limonitoring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements; /li limanaging process and certification documentation; /li lihandling requirements management and requirements traceability activities; /li lisupporting Design Assurance and Functional Safety processes; /li licollaborating with software, hardware, and quality assurance teams; /li liparticipating in internal audits and compliance activities.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li1 to 2 years of experience in roles related to process engineering, quality assurance, systems engineering, compliance, or regulated environments.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liGood knowledge of aeronautical systems.
/li liExperience in requirements management and traceability.
/li liKnowledge of the software and/or hardware development lifecycle.
/li liKnowledge of at least one programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ada, or equivalent).




/li liAbility to work with technical documentation and regulatory requirements.
/li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with DO-178C and/or DO-254 standards.
/li liKnowledge of Design Assurance and Functional Safety principles.
/li liExperience with requirements management tools.
/li liFamiliarity with airworthiness and compliance processes.
/li liExperience in Aerospace, Avionics, or Safety-Critical Systems environments.

/li liThe salary range for this position is between EUR 28,000 and EUR 32,000 gross per year.
/li liContract level and compensation will be defined during the selection process, based on the profile and in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
