This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with business impact and cross-functional influence, delivering pricing solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.What you doStrategic Pricing DirectionDefine and own the pricing strategy for Roadside Assistance products across multiple marketsPartner with senior leadership to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives and profitability targetsDrive the pricing roadmap, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage and revenue growthData Exploration & AnalysisLead the analysis, interpretation, and preparation of complex insurance datasets, ensuring data quality and appropriateness for actuarial modeling and insightsEstablish best practices and standards for data governance within the pricing functionModel Development & InnovationLead the development and maintenance of advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing modelsEnsure robust validation of underlying actuarial assumptions for business-ready modelsChampion innovation across pricing and underwriting functions, driving enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiencyInsights & CommunicationPresent complex data insights, pricing results, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholdersAct as the key liaison between analytics, underwriting, finance,
