This role focuses on selling products and subscriptions over the phone to customers in the Italian market. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting offers, and answering questions about products and services. The position also involves upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle inbound calls and identify customer needs to close sales. /li liPresent product offers and resolve customer inquiries.

You will work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Saturday, with Portuguese public holidays and holiday bonuses.
