Your Mission
Your mission is to lead technical excellence and engineering team development, ensuring scalable architectural solutions and guiding engineers toward best development practices.
You will be the technical reference of the organization: making strategic architectural decisions, leading by example in code quality, sustainably reducing technical debt,
and driving team growth and the company's long-term technological capability.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

- Define and evolve the platform’s technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers distributed across multiple development squads.
- Establish and uphold code quality standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
- Prioritize and manage technical debt strategically, driving refactoring initiatives with measurable impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to assess technical feasibility and plan the implementation of new features.
- Coordinate with the DevOps team on infrastructure strategies, deployment pipelines, and cloud architecture.
- Work with QA to define technical testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies that bring value to the team
