TE Connectivity plc is seeking an R&D; Product Developer Engineer in San Salvo to own sealing product development, drive improvements, and collaborate with teams across EMEA and the US. You will steer modifications, lifecycle management and new variants for single-wire seals, within a modern manufacturing setting.

The role requires at least 5 years in product engineering or manufacturing, strong CAD skills (Pro Engineer), and fluent English and Italian. Travel up to 25% is possible.
