Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will supervise floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor.

The role requires availability including weekends and holidays, with a full-time schedule and 40 hours per week. Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2) is required, along with strong communication and a passion for fashion trends.
