Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Performance Measurement KPI'sGlobal workload management of their team (capacity vs workload), depending the TDS organization.Level of application of standard process & tools (100%)Return of Experience (REX) management between projectsResponsibilitiesAccountable for :Applying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure their domain efficiency within projects development Defining, developing and sharing re-usable "test patterns" depending the TDS organization.Promoting continuous improvement initiatives in their team depending the TDS organization.Managing the traceability and configuration of tools used by their team depending the TDS organization.Responsible for :
Assigning the resources (staff, ...) for executing Projects testing activitiesManaging the workload,
including the sub-contracted part (technical assistance or work-package) depending the TDS organization.Contributing to the sub-contracting strategy in liaise with Sourcing Evaluating performance and setting objectives of their teamDefining the training plan appropriate to their team's needs and Alstom strategyProposing to the Site CV Manager the investments necessary to ensure the deliveries on projects conducted by the Site.
Managing their scope by using regularly updated KPIs related to their domainKeeping be informed of the QCD of Projects their team contributes to, in order to propose improvements, if necessaryInitiating and following up action plans to solve issues common across projects and/or improve results in projectsRAL: ******
