They are now looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their team in Milan.
The Role You'll play a key role in supporting the business across the full project lifecycle — from development through to execution and operation.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll provide commercially focused legal advice across a range of activities.
Key Responsibilities: Support project development, including land, permitting, and commercial agreements Advise on M&A; and acquisitions,
including due diligence and transaction structuring Provide legal input on construction contracts (EPC, O&M;, supply agreements)Assist with project finance documentation and negotiations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and drive project delivery About You: Qualified lawyer with 3 years PQEExperience within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors Strong exposure to project development, M&A;, construction, and/or project finance Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions Discipline(s): Energy Finance, Corporate and ProfessionalJob type: Permanent
