ph3Cloud Platform Operations Engineer – AWS /h3 pThe Cloud Platform Operations Engineer – AWS is responsible for the hands?on operation of the Imaging Informatics cloud platform.
Cloud Platform Operations Engineers are the operational backbone of the CloudOps organization.
Once a product has met operational readiness requirements, this team is responsible for provisioning infrastructure, deploying cloud services, configuring AWS resources, and maintaining the operational health of the environment.
/p h3Your role: /h3 ul liEnsure bday?to?day operation, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and platform services /b with high reliability and uptime.
/li liWork closely with bCloud Operations Readiness Lead, product engineering teams, and service organization /b to ensure stable production environments.
/li liDevelop expertise in bAWS operations, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and monitoring /b, contributing to bplatform scalability and operational efficiency improvements /b.
/li liProvision and manage bAWS infrastructure and platform services /b, including configuration, scaling,
patching, and upgrades.
/li liMonitor environments and btroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents /b to ensure service continuity.
/li /ul h3You're the right fit if you have: /h3 ul lib5–10 years in cloud/platform operations /b, strong hands?on experience with bAWS production environments /b and bincident management /b.
/li liStrong knowledge of bAWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, monitoring) /b, bInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) /b, bCI/CD pipelines /b, bscripting (Python/Bash) /b, and bproduction troubleshooting /b.
/li lia bBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems /b or equivalent experience.
/li liFamiliarity with bDocker/Kubernetes /b, bmonitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) /b, and strong bautomation mindset /b with focus on breliability and continuous improvement /b.
