The primary role is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program and to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.
Responsabilities:
Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and elevate issues and requests when needed.
Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P;'s services.
Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application.
Mentoring junior members of the team if needed.
Act as Program Manager for the Italian Investor Visa and the Italian Private Residence program.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years' of experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar.
Previous experience in a client facing role is a must.
Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage.
Full proficiency in english and italian
