/p pOur Graduate Development Program is a three?year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work.
The program is structured into four progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives.
Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
/p pFrom day one you join ION on a full?time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and are paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the journey.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAcross phases you will work at different stages of the product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—gaining exposure to a wide range of teams, challenges and methodologies.
Your work will include: /p ul liConducting user interviews,



usability tests and surveys to generate actionable insights /li liMapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunities /li liDesigning wireframes, prototypes and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations /li liCollaborating with product managers, developers and operations teams to deliver consistent end?to?end experiences /li liPresenting solutions, gathering feedback and iterating based on real?world data /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human?Computer Interaction or a related field—obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /li liWritten and spoken English at B2 level or above /li liDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross?functional teams /li liBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non?EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul h3Gross Salary Range /h3 p*************** EUR /p pPursuant to Italian Law (L.*****), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
