In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C?SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
