PpGalileo is a bfast-growing renewable energy IPP, investor and operator /b, currently in the very dynamic start-up phase. Since our foundation in 2020, we have secured a pipeline of over b16 GW /b of bsolar /b PV, bonshore wind /b, boffshore wind /b and bstorage /b projects across b10 markets /b in Europe. /ppWe are looking for an bEngineering Manager /b to lead the company’s engineering team across the development and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects. This person will be based in our office in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working) and report to the EPC Director. /ppWhat you’ll do /pulliAct as the EPC Director’s key technical partner, supporting strategic and operational decisions across the project portfolio. /liliOversee engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development and feasibility through procurement, construction, commissioning and operations. /liliReview and approve technical studies, layouts, designs, energy-yield assessments and risk analyses, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with applicable standards. /liliPlay a central role in site engineering activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, supporting both pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring that technical design, site constraints and constructability requirements are properly integrated into project execution. /liliWork closely with Development, Procurement, Construction, Investment, Legal and Asset Management teams to support project delivery, financing and divestment. /liliLead the technical aspects of tenders,



bid evaluations, equipment selection and support the negotiations with EPC contractors, consultants and suppliers. /liliManage external technical advisors and monitor market, regulatory and technology developments to identify risks and improvement opportunities. /liliLead, manage and develop the engineering team, defining priorities, responsibilities, technical standards and ways of working. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering will be considered a plus). /liliAt least 8 years of experience in renewable energy engineering and project delivery, with strong exposure to utility-scale solar PV. /liliStrong knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle, including development, design, procurement, construction and commissioning. /liliExperience with technical due diligence, tender processes, contractor selection and EPC or equipment supply negotiations. /liliStrong leadership, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to combine technical detail with commercial and strategic thinking. /liliFull professional proficiency in English; Italian or other European languages will be considered an advantage.
