PpThe bSenior Researcher - Anode /b will play a key role in the development of advanced anode materials for next-generation battery technologies, combining technical leadership with strategic input across material development and supplier engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will support the advancement of anode technologies from research through to industrial implementation. /p pThe bSenior Researcher - Anode /b will be responsible for: /p ul liLeading the development of advanced anode materials for future battery technologies /li liActing as the technical authority for graphite materials, processing methods and supply chains /li liDeveloping and optimising electrode formulations to improve battery performance and cycle life /li liCollaborating with international suppliers and research partners to evaluate new material opportunities /li liSupporting the integration of novel graphite technologies into manufacturing processes /li liOverseeing slurry preparation,



electrode development and battery cell assembly activities /li /ul pThe bSenior Researcher - Anode /b will have: /p ul liA PhD in Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent industrial experience spanning supply chain management and formulation development /li liDeep expertise in graphite materials for battery anode applications /li liStrong understanding of graphite processing, sourcing and global supply chains /li liExperience in electrode formulation, slurry preparation and battery cell assembly /li liKnowledge of industrial battery manufacturing environments /li liExperience supporting technical strategy and external supplier collaborations /li /ul pThis role is ideal for someone with a passion for battery materials development and a strong interest in shaping the future of anode technology.
