Working closely with senior leadership, business functions and IT teams, you will help shape scalable business processes,



support our business to prepare for future digital transformation (SAP S/4HANA migration) and enable future digital and AI-driven capabilities. /ph3Your Role /h3pAs Senior Business Process Data Governance Lead, you will lead the review, optimisation and governance of end-to-end business processes while establishing strong data governance frameworks that support operational excellence and business transformation. /ph3The role of Senior Business Process Data Governance Lead will involve: /h3ulliLeading the analysis, redesign and continuous improvement of cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance. /liliDriving data governance by defining data ownership, quality standards, governance policies and information flows across the organisation. /liliSupporting SAP S/4HANA migration by translating business requirements into future-state processes aligned with SAP standards and best practices. /liliFacilitating cross-functional workshops and collaborating with international stakeholders to align priorities, manage change and deliver transformation initiatives. /liliPartnering with senior leadership, IT and business teams to define transformation roadmaps, process KPIs and opportunities for automation, analytics and AI enablement.



/li /ulh3Your Experience /h3ulliDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. /liliAt least 7–8 years' experience in business process management, organisational consulting or business transformation roles. /liliProven experience analysing, mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes within complex or international organisations. /liliExperience working on ERP transformation projects, with SAP experience preferred, ideally SAP S/4HANA. /liliStrong knowledge of business process management methodologies, process mapping (BPMN), process KPIs and data governance principles, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /ulh3It would be desirable if you had: /h3ulliExperience implementing or supporting AI, Advanced Analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. /liliKnowledge of master data management, metadata governance and enterprise data quality frameworks. /liliExperience working within multinational organisations and leading cross-country transformation programmes. /li /ulpIf you join ZEISS, you will have access to a range of benefits, including: /pulli2 days of remote work and 3 days on-site. /liliOption to join the company pension scheme and medical insurance plan. /liliAccess to the employee welfare program. /liliCompany canteen. /li /ulpBased in Sunlens, Italy, working closely with international teams across multiple countries.
