In this context of ongoing expansion, they are looking for a: /ph3Senior Expert Logistics Management /h3h3Main responsibilities /h3ulliThe role oversees the full natural gas logistics function for the Italian market, it is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing both long‑term and daily logistics operations to guarantee an efficient, reliable and compliant flow of natural gas across all relevant network grids up to delivery points throughout Italy. /liliSet up and manage the natural gas logistics function for the Italian market, defining processes, standards, and interfaces with internal teams, grid operators and regulatory bodies. /liliImplement all logistics processes required to fulfill gas sales contracts and support the rollout of natural gas solutions in line with Italian regulations. /liliOversee transportation and storage capacity, distribution contract and the full dispatching cycle (balancing, nomination, allocation, programming).



/liliPrepare capacity booking needs across different time horizons and ensure accurate transport cost calculations and bookings on DSO and TSO networks. /liliInterpret and apply regulatory requirements, representing OMV in Italian gas market working groups and associations. /liliManage sales‑related logistics activities including metering point changes, capacity management, consumption data, invoicing, reporting and coordination with grid operators. /liliEnsure efficient and compliant daily and long‑term logistics operations across all relevant networks. /liliMaintain strong stakeholder relationships and support pricing with accurate logistics inputs. /liliOversee metering point implementation, data management, invoice validation and customer change processes, including handling customer and emergency requests. /liliIdentify risks and opportunities, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with OGMS/ICS and all relevant labor, safety and operational regulations. /li /ulh3Candidate profile /h3ulliMinimum 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or portfolio management within the energy/utilities sector, specifically in natural gas /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian energy market and of natural gas structures and processes /liliExcellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong data management and portfolio analysis capabilities /liliProven experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration /liliStrong customer orientation, negotiation skills and business acumen /liliHands‑on, solution‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment /liliEntrepreneurial attitude, high initiative, team spirit and growth mindset /liliFluency in Italian and English. xrdztoy German is a strong advantage. /li /ulpLocation Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
