You will play a key role in defining the transformation strategy, evaluating migration scenarios, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of the roadmap. Working across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio Management, RD, and strategic customers, you will ensure business continuity while driving modernization, standardization, and long-term value creation for the Italian installed base. /ph3You’ll make an impact by /h3ulliLeading the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution and deployment. /liliDefining and evaluating transition scenarios based on risk, cost, scalability, business value, and strategic alignment. /liliBuilding business cases, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and funding strategies. /liliManaging executive governance processes,
including Steering Committees, decision forums, and program reviews. /liliDriving alignment between local Italian organizations and global Grid Software stakeholders. /liliCoordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Portfolio Management, and RD. /liliEnsuring alignment on target architecture, technology roadmap, cybersecurity requirements, and operational objectives. /liliShaping customer transformation strategies in partnership with Sales and Account teams, with a particular focus on strategic utility and infrastructure customers. /liliPreparing the organization for execution through pilot initiatives, capability development, resource planning, and delivery readiness. /liliDelivering measurable outcomes through the reduction of technical debt, increased adoption of standard platforms, and improved operational efficiency. /li /ulh3Core Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field. /lili5+ years of experience in complex program management within critical infrastructure, utility, energy, SCADA, OMS, or Grid Control environments. /lili10+ years of experience in software product management, research development, business development, or related technology leadership roles. /liliProven track record leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform migration programs. /liliStrong understanding of Grid Control systems, SCADA, OMS solutions, and mission-critical software environments. /liliExperience working with software platform architectures, modernization initiatives, and service-based solutions.
