Join a collaborative environment where innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth come together to power large-scale projects. /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliDefine and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap /liliOversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness across the project portfolio /liliCoordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions /liliManage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance within the SCADA/OT domain /liliEnsure compliance with cybersecurity standards, grid requirements, and operational processes /liliLead, mentor, and support the SCADA/OT team while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing /li /ulh3What you bring who you are: /h3ulli5 to 10 years experience in SCADA, automation, or operational technology within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments /liliStrong knowledge of SCADA architectures, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control systems integration /liliExperience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with engineering, construction, operations,



and IT teams /liliEnglish language skills are required; ideally, you also speak Italian, Spanish, French or German /liliConfident communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills /liliIdeally, experience in renewable energy projects, grid compliance, and cybersecurity alignment for OT systems /liliYou value collaboration, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving.
