PulliFull responsibility for project execution (time, cost, quality/performance) from contract validation through commissioning and start-up at customer site /liliAct as the single point of contact for the customer, managing communication, correspondence, and contractual alignment /liliLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across all project phases, ensuring clear responsibilities and decision‑making structures /liliDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and execution plans /liliIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, including mitigation planning, monitoring, and escalation management /liliEnsure compliance with budget, contractual milestones, quality standards, and documentation requirements /liliPrepare and lead regular project reporting, customer meetings, and internal steering committees /liliManage claims, change requests, subcontractor coordination, and escalations in cooperation with internal stakeholders /liliEnsure implementation of all HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle /liliDrive lessons learned, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within the organization. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process Engineering,
