PSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /ppAs Global HR Projects Manager, you will lead strategic HR initiatives for ABB’s Electrification Service Division, aligning with business strategy and global guidance. You’ll partner with regional and global HR leaders to design and deliver programs that boost organizational effectiveness and talent development. You will manage end-to-end projects across three regions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution. You help shape early talent initiatives and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-regional collaboration and program leadership. /pulliDesign and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics /liliEngage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on project scope and deliverables /liliOversee program management across three global regions with regional partners for consistent implementation /liliLead early talent initiatives and learning activities to support career progression /liliIdentify, monitor,
