Ph3Role Summary /h3 pThe multi-site People Partner is the HR leader responsible for our 5 industrial paper bags plants in Italy (~280 employees) in the provinces of Bergamo, Macerata and Catania. She/he will lead a small team to help drive a positive productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and leadership coaching. The multi-site People Partner executes the HR strategy in support of the client’s business objectives and the Mondi HR strategy objectives and is a connected partner for the sites leadership teams. /p h3Roles Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as a strong functional partner to the MD and to drive cohesive decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR strategy /li liProvide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate /li liProvide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders. /li liPartner closely with the MD, HR Business Partners, Country/Regional HR Leaders and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda and execute business-specific HR strategies /li liProvide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment /li liLead key HR processes including performance, talent management, Payroll compensation planning, onboarding, Hiring, Training development new manager assimilation etc.



/li liPartner with Country/Regional HR leader and HR CoE’s to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at the two sites /li liProvide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved /li liEnsure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations /li liMaintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care /li liOverall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the sites. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area /li liMinimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR role preferably in an industry environment /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources client support role /li liSound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements /li liDeveloped (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience /li liHands-on self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and work independently while being able to effectively navigate and partner in a matrix environment /li liStrong problem-solving skills and capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion /li liExcellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills /li liPassionate,
