PpSoilmec SpA is looking for a bField Service Specialist /b. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to Foundation Equipment /liliTroubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface issues /liliCollaborate with customers to understand technical problems and provide effective solutions to meet their needs /liliAssemble, install, and wire electrical systems on board the machine, including electrical panels and related connections /liliVerify correct installation using tools such as testers and multimeters /liliAssemble mechanical and hydraulic components /liliCoordinate with internal teams, including Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control, to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement /liliDeliver product training courses to customers and service partners to enhance their understanding and problem-solving capabilities /liliAccurately and promptly document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliTechnical diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic) /liliKnowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawings /liliKnowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision tools /liliKnowledge of PLC programming systems /liliKnowledge of measurement instruments: testers, multimeters, and others /liliKnowledge of screw, bolt, thread,



and hydraulic fitting specifications /liliKnowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, caliper) /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles /liliGood knowledge of English (B2 level) /liliExcellent communication and leadership skills /liliAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other company departments /liliCustomer-oriented mindset and attention to detail /liliWillingness to travel internationally to provide customer technical support /li /ulpFor this position, an indicative base gross annual salary (RAL) between 31,000 and 36,000 is offered, depending on experience, technical skills, and level of autonomy in the role, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica). /ppThe compensation package may also include additional allowances and payments related to national and international travel assignments, which may vary according to the frequency, duration, and destination of on-site customer activities. /ppJoining Gruppo Trevi means becoming part of an international, innovative environment focused on people growth and development. /ppTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
