This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you'll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Area Manager South, taking ownership of the Away From Home channel, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction. /pulliLeading Away From Home Key Accounts in Sicily and in south of Calabria (Reggio Calabria and Vibo Valentia), maintaining, elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction /liliInitiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance /liliDeveloping the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts /liliDeveloping the Away From Home channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify implement opportunities for growth /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliCollege Degree or Master Degree /lili2 – 3 years' proven experience in sales (sell-in or sell-out) /liliOwnership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role /liliData-driven and analytical approach /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills /li /ulh3Professional Attributes /h3ulliCommunication Skills - you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills,
