With our unmatched expertise in copper, fiber and wireless infrastructure, our global clients rely on us to outperform today and be ready for the needs of tomorrow. /ph3Duties Resposibilities /h3ulliActive participation in new product development, sustaining, investigation and cost reduction projects assigned, overseeing adherence to the documented PDP procedures. /liliComplete quality deliverables (control plan, packaged product review and retrospective review) for assigned new product development projects in a timely manner. /liliActive involvement on pre-production runs collaborating with NPI team to identify design and process improvements. /liliConduct packaged product reviews for onsite new product launches. /liliConduct random process audits on initial production orders of new product launches. /liliSupport the resolution of lab testing nonconformances for assigned projects, using the 5 whys root cause analysis technique. /liliParticipate in D and PFMEAs for assigned projects, monitor their completeness, and use of proper ratings. /liliCollaborate with site NPI and Operations Quality teams to identify areas to improve design for manufacturability,



introduce poke yoke and other solutions to address repetitive manufacturing quality issues. /liliLead the resolution of design related customer or internal complaints to determine proper root cause and corrective/preventive actions. /liliSupport the Quality Monitoring Program, including the review of test plans, test reports and resolution of identified nonconformances with the involved manufacturing sites. /liliAnalyze local product/process deviations to identify repetitive issues related to the product design, and drive improvements to reduce the number of deviations. /liliSupport special quality projects or initiatives as needed. /li /ulh3Skills Required /h3ulliInclude demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, interpersonal skills. /liliMust have a good understanding of quality concepts, problem solving and process improvement techniques, root cause analysis, 8D methodology, FMEAs, control plans, SPC, CpK, DOEs, poke yoke, PPAPs, FAIRs. /liliKnowledge and experience in fiber products and termination process, highly preferred. /liliExperience in new product introduction and engineering changes, preferred. /liliFamiliar with molding processes is a plus. /liliPossess a high-energy level, strong work ethic and desire to learn. /liliDemonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. /liliHas strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines. /liliAbility to work collaboratively and independently with individuals at all levels of the organization. /liliShow innovation through unique ideas and is self-driven. /liliIs proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). /liliIs familiar in Minitab, preferred. /liliEnglish (writing and speaking), required. /lilixrdztoy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
