ph3SUMMARY OF ROLE /h3 pPrimary Role of the job /p ul liAnalyze customer's request for quotation and project's specifications /li liPrepare technical proposals and cost calculation for the solution /li liSupport the sales team during alignment and negotiation process /li /ul h3PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe job holder should: /p ul liReceive customer's RFQ from the sales department /li liPerform site surveys, gather information at site and identify customer's needs for specific projects /li liWork closely with sales, marketing, project execution and technical teams to provide a complete and competitive technical solution /li liEstimate the costs of materials, engineering and site activities for a given RFQ /li liProvide breakdowns of material, equipment and other supplies the company will need to complete the project /li liKeep contacts with suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with supply chain team /li liPrepare detailed documentation to support a bid for a project /li liParticipate in customer meetings such as solution presentation,
technical clarification, etc.
/li /ul h3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 h3Education and Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering University Degree or High School Degree /li liMS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint /li liAutocad/3D (preferred) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li3-5 years in HW or SW design /li liExperience in Proposal activities is preferred /li liTechnical background in Drives, Motors and Automation /li liKnowledge of site activities or site management is preferred but not essential /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liExcellent written and spoken English (B2-C1) /li /ul pSalary Range: € /p pNidec is committed to ensuring equal opportunities and promoting all qualified individuals regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
