Customer Support Representative - French + English Are you a French-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting?
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (French + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria.

and webform from end consumers and CAT's retailers.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.What You BringFrench – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
