ph3Job Description /h3 pThe resource will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes within the manufacturing plant, supporting management and employees in the following activities: /p ul liEnsure the application of corporate HR policies and compliance with labor legislation and company procedures /li liSupport the Management in industrial and union relations /li liManagement of recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities /li liContribute to training planning and employee development initiatives /li liMonitor HR metrics and prepare related reports /li liSupport performance management and organizational development processes /li liPromote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines /li li5/6 years of experience in roles within complex industrial and multinational environments /li liGood knowledge of English language /li liAnalytical skills and ability to manage HR data and reporting /li liGood organizational skills /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pAvailability to travel to San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) Moulded Glass Plant.
