ppbVOLT Infrastructure /b develops and invests in renewable energy projects across Italy, from land identification and technical design to permitting, authorisations, and EPC contracting.
/ppbPermitting Manager /b to lead permitting and authorisation processes for our solar PV projects.
You will manage regulatory approvals, coordinate with public authorities, and support the development of Italy's clean energy future.
/ph3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliManage feasibility studies, regulatory screening, and permitting strategies from early development to construction and operation.
/liliPrepare and submit permitting applications (A.U., V.I.A., P.A.S., P.A.U.R., landscape authorisations).
/liliCoordinate with public authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders, including participation in Conferenze di Servizi.
/liliLead and mentor a junior permitting team, ensuring quality and compliance.
/liliSupport investment decisions, project financing, and MA transactions by providing permitting and regulatory input.
/liliWork closely with engineering, legal, finance, and development teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
/liliMonitor regulatory changes, market trends, and policy developments.
/liliManage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
/li /ulh3SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /h3ulliDegree in Environmental Engineering, Urban Architecture or related fields.
/liliStrong experience in renewable energy permitting, preferably solar PV.
/liliAbility to oversee projects from feasibility analysis to final permitting, construction, and operation.
/liliIn-depth knowledge of Italian permitting frameworks (A.U, V.I.A, P.A.S, P.A.U.R).
/liliProven ability to manage complex permitting processes and interact with Italian public authorities.
/liliExcellent communication skills both in Italian and English.
/liliAbility to provide clear project updates, manage documentation, and liaise with key stakeholders in both Italian and English.
