ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES:Perform Quality Internal Audit; Develop and maintain theQuality Management System in compliance with ISO ****:****; Management of customer claims; Promote ContinuousImprovement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions; Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet; Monitor changes inISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance; Draft, revise, andverify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners; Analyse quality data andtrends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement; Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits; Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met; Support the Quality Teamin enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency; Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.Skills & qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:University degree (e.G.: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering); A Master and/or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.G.: qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt...); University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated; A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.KNOWLEDGE:A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed; A good knowledgeof Quality Systems is required (ISO ****); Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan); Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.LANGUAGES:Fluency in ItalianA good knowledge of English is highly recommendedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Comfortable working in a complex, multinational environment; Proactive, assertive, and hands-on approach; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities; Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.Reimbursement : €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?
