We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet internal standards, customer requirements and international quality regulations. /p pWorking closely with Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, the role combines process improvement, project management and audit activities to strengthen operational performance and promote a quality-driven culture throughout the organization. /p pReports to: Quality Director /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Quality Management System /h3 ul liSupport the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems. /li liContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liAnalyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.



/li liSupport cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. /li /ul h3Audits Compliance /h3 ul liPlan and perform internal process and system audits. /li liSupport customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions. /li /ul h3Quality Assurance /h3 ul liMonitor quality performance and prepare reports for management. /li liSupport root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. /li /ul h3Customer Quality Support /h3 ul liSupport customer quality activities during plant visits and audits. /li liCollaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities. /li liPrepare quality documentation and certificates of conformity when required. /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background). /li liGood knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes. /li liUnderstanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
