Our technology starts with you. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of bProcess Engineer /b in the bMetal Deposition /b module of the bFEM–AG300 /b organization. The role involves supporting the bEngineering /b and bManufacturing /b teams, with a focus on managing and controlling bmicro- and nano-fabrication processes /b for bmetal thin-film deposition /b, including bPhysical Vapor Deposition (PVD) /b, bChemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) /b and belectroplating /b processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization, process window and robustness tasks /li liSustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting /li liMonitor process performance and yield with SPC,



defect analysis and FDC /li liStartup new equipment and perform process qualification /li liPrepare and optimize operative procedure and work instruction /li liTroubleshoot excursions and drive root-cause analysis (8D) to restore process stability /li /ul h3Your Skills Experiences /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liGood ability to analyze complex data and use tools for statistical analysis /li liGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken /li liMotivation to work in a dynamic environment with different teams and external suppliers /li liTeamwork attitude /li liBasic understanding of semiconductor physics and microfabrication processes /li /ul pST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
