PpWe are looking for an bEHS Specialist /b to lead and support environment, health, and safety initiatives across Italy and provide additional support to Spain, Portugal, and the Middle East. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk prevention, contractor oversight, and promoting a Zero Incident culture. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Italian EHS regulations, relevant qualifications, and fluency in Italian and English. /p /brul /brliImplement and ensure compliance with all CCR and regulatory EHS requirements with a focus on Italy and support Middle East, Spain and Portugal. /li /brliPromote a ZERO Incident culture and drive reporting of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near-misses and stop work events. /li /brliConduct risk assessments and enforce control measures for field and facility hazards. /li /brliEnsure contractor compliance with EHS standards. /li /brliLead mandatory EHS reporting (incident management, monthly reports, performance scorecards). /li /brliExecute and oversee EHS Annual Plans, training, and performance targets.



/li /brliSupport global and regional EHS strategies. /li /brliDegree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or Engineering fields or a comparable education. /li /brliStrong knowledge of Italian EHS regulations (mandatory occupational health and safety qualification is a must have). /li /brliFluent in Italian and English; other languages are a big advantage. /li /brliWilling to travel within Italy. /li /brliExperience in designing and maintaining EHS management systems. /li /brliAnalytical, results-driven, and able to prioritize effectively. /li /brliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li /brliAbility to manage change and drive performance. /li /br /ul /brpbNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) /b Commercio - sottoscritto da Confcommercio, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, Uiltucs-Uil. /p /brpbMinimum Gross Annual Salary /b €39.000 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
