PpTo sustain the continuous development of our practice in Italy, we are currently seeking a bClients and Markets Junior Coordinator or Clients and Markets Coordinator /b to join our team in Milan on a b12-month fixed-term contract (CCNL Commercio, III level) /b. /p h3Your role /h3 pYour main responsibilities will include dealing with and managing the relationship with a dynamic team of lawyers operating within a full-service law firm, providing support for its business development and marketing activities. /p pIn particular: /p ul liDrafting and delivering domestic and international pitches/proposals, credentials, capabilities, CVs and presentations. Working on brochures and any other kind of marketing material, also together with the European digital and creative teams to implement the relevant branded collaterals. /li liDrafting submissions for Italian and international directories and awards. /li liUpdating and implementing marketing databases managed locally or by Dentons’ network. /li liProviding general support to marketing and communication initiatives and projects, both domestic and international.



/li liSupporting BD initiatives coordinated by the Italian team or the international network. /li liSupporting the implementation and updating of the firm’s CRM tools. /li /ul ul liBetween 2 and 4 years’ experience operating in a Marketing and Business Development Team in the field of professional services, preferably in an international law firm. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). C1 level preferable. /li liUniversity background, in economics/law would be preferable, in addition to marketing education. /li liFlexible team player, with a proactive and problem-solving approach. /li liAbility to work within short deadlines, and to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liExcellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) on Windows platform. Use of InterAction would be an added value. /li /ul ul li12-month fixed-term contract - CCNL Commercio, III level. /li liGross annual salary (RAL): €32,000 - €37,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and profile. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
