We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Sales Manager. This position reports to the Managing Director and will work in Dometic Milan Office.

About the position

As a Sales Manager in the Sales team, you will be involved in driving the growth of our Marine business in the Italian region. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge and a strong commercial aptitude, enabling them to build and nurture relationships with key customers,



shipyards, and naval architects. As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for promoting our marine solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to both prospective and existing clients.

Your main responsibilities

Actively pursue new business opportunities with shipyards, and marine project developers within the Italian regionIdentify, qualify, and convert leads into sales, achieving or exceeding revenue targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain strong relationships with existing customersAttend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate business leadsProvide technical advice and support to clients, helping them choose the best solutions based on their specific vessel requirements and project specificationsCollaborate with the engineering team to develop cus
