CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in public administration, social science, political science, international development, international relations, environmental or agricultural studies or other discipline relevant to the work of the Organization.
- Five years of relevant experience in international cooperation for development, project or programme management, administration or related areas.
- Working knowledge (proficiency - level C) of English and intermediate knowledge (intermediate proficiency - level B) of another official FAO language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish).

• Work experience in more than one location or area of work, particularly in field positions.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders, including governments, donors,

• Extent and relevance of experience in programme/project formulation, analysis, planning and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Understanding of FAO policies and programmes is considered a strong asset.
